Fundraising Exhibition Entry Form

Conditions of Entry:

  • To be involved in the show you will need to complete the online application form            before the 31st March 2021.
  • A maximum of two artworks per artist.
  • Artwork must be delivered to the Art Space in Anglesea on the 12th of April                      between the hours of 2-7pm or by arrangement.
  • Artwork must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition.
  • Artist are responsible for their own insurance of artwork.
  • Unsold artwork is to be collected on Tuesday the 27th of April between 10am–3pm
  • All artworks must be for sale.
  • All artwork must be ready to hang, 3D artwork to be installed on plinths. Artwork             must not be larger than 1metre wide.
  • 30% Commission on all artwork sold will be collected by the Surf Coast Art Space         Committee for their fundraising campaign.
  • The SCAS Committee reserves the right to display less works entered if space is          limited.
  • Artist must attach name, contact number and price of artwork to the back of each          work.
